About "Unit 3"
First class, luxury accommodations that are truly ski in/ski out at the base of Warm Springs. These 4,100 sq-ft town homes are designed with every detail in mind - from heated garages with boot warmer racks to top of the line furnishings and an elevator to carry luggage to the third floor. Each one has 4 bedrooms, 4 baths and views of the mountain and the creek. The floor plan begins on the entry level with an informal media room that contains a queen sofa sleeper (no door to this room), 2 bedrooms, a bath and a laundry room. The middle level features the main living area plus a guestroom. The top level is the master suite and den, which has a sofa sleeper and a door for privacy. The entertainment system includes a DVD and surround sound. All bedrooms have TV's and each home has an office with a fax and cable modem. Daily housekeeping (trash and tidy) is included. There is also a washer/dryer and a safe located in each residence. The Hemingways provides salt, pepper, spices,coffee filters, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent in the kitchen and soap, shampoo, conditioner, tissue, and a blow dryer in each bathroom. Laundry detergent and Bounce are provided in the laundry room.

The Hemingways is a private residence club consisting of luxury residences, a lavish clubhouse, and a private pool all set on a spectacular site just steps from the Warm Springs Lodge, which is part of the world-famous Sun Valley Ski Resort!
At The Hemingways, the ski-in/ski-out convenience of the winter season is rivaled only by the quiet tranquility of summer days spent alongside Warm Springs Creek and the unlimited opportunities for fishing, hiking, golf, and other alpine pursuits. The residences boast spectacular views of Bald Mountain, Warm Springs Creek, and the surrounding wilderness. The peace and tranquility of the Idaho forest, the thrill and ease of ski-in/ski-out living, and the serenity of a mountain stream - this is Sun Valley at its finest!
There are 6 units available; each unit is decorated similarly.
Complex Features: The Hemingways include a personal concierge, summer salt-water pool, year-round outdoor hot tub, semi-private gym facility with steam room, clubhouse lounge, and game room. You will be proud to entertain your friends and family in such a grand style!

Pets: Properties marked as
"pet friendly" may be subject to an additional charge if you decide
to bring your pet. All pet requests must be made in advance to your

are not confirmed until you have made a reservation. We will always

Minimum Stay: 5-7
Check In/Out Time: 4:00pm/10:00am
Check in Location: 221 Picabo Street
Cancellation Policy: Rental Policies: The Hemingways requires 50% of entire rental (non-refundable) when reservation is initially made. The remaining balance of 50% of rental is due 60 days prior to arrival and is non refundable. + $1,000 security deposit (May vary with packages)
