The Sunburst complex is located in the heart of Elkhorn. Enjoy walking access to the Elkhorn Golf Course and community amenities, including a shared hot tub and seasonal swimming pool. This newly refurbished 2,000 sq. ft. condominium has three bedrooms, a loft, and two-and-a-half baths.
This large, open floor plan unit is fully equipped with a comfortable and clean furniture package, a gourmet kitchen, dining for up to six, plus a kitchen nook, and four stools at the kitchen counter.
The uniquely styled living room is the perfect place to gather the family for movie night around the large screen TV or just cuddle up together around the gas fireplace.
The primary bedroom has a king bed, a full bath, and a sitting area, including a Smart TV. The two guest bedrooms have two twins in the first and a king in the second, sharing a bath. There is a large loft above the living room which is a perfect sitting area or office.

About Sunburst
The Sunburst Complex is conveniently located not far from the Elkhorn Village and bike path and is on the Elkhorn Golf Course. The complex also has a pool of its own, along with a jacuzzi and sauna. KART buses provide free shuttle service to Ketchum, Sun Valley and Warm Springs.
No booking fees like most companies. Just a professional, helpful and friendly staff who will find the best rates for you at Sunburst.

"Sunburst was a great condo-we had lots of space for our family of 7 and the kitchen was well equipped. There was not any shampoo or bath soap so you might want to bring your own."

"The unit we stayed in was nice and a great value. The unit was spacious and fairly well equipped. Not super luxurious, but comfortable and well kept.
It was only a few minutes (by car) to Ketchum/Sun Valley Ski resort. Free Shuttle bus access too, but bus doesn't leave early enough to get to early moring Sun Valley/Ketcham activities and requires a little walking to get to the nearest stop."

POLICIES
Sunburst Unit 2785 Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 3-7 Depends on season.
Check In/Out Time: 5:00 pm/10:00 am
Check in Location: Directions to accommodations provided prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy: 25% deposit is due at time of booking. The final balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival day. If a booking is made on or less than 60 days before your arrival day, full payment will be due upon booking. If you cancel 60 days or more prior to your arrival day, a full refund will be issued less a $200 cancellation fee. No refunds once you are 59 days or less prior to your arrival day. (May vary with packages)
