This three-level contemporary condominium with a golf course view has bedrooms and baths on the lowest level, common areas as one great room with half bath on the middle level, and an open loft above the living room accessed by stairs. A hunter's perspective, complete with animal and bird trophies, adds interest to the outdoor mountain theme decor. Touches like the Wooster Scott prints in the great room and coordinated designer bedding in each bedroom contribute to the ambience. The large deck off of the living room affords golf course views and includes patio seating for six and a Ducune gas barbeque. This unit has been rated "bronze" by the management company.
About Sunburst
The Sunburst Complex is conveniently located not far from the Elkhorn Village and bike path and is on the Elkhorn Golf Course. The complex also has a pool of its own, along with a jacuzzi and sauna. KART buses provide free shuttle service to Ketchum, Sun Valley and Warm Springs.
No booking fees like most companies. Just a professional, helpful and friendly staff who will find the best rates for you at Sunburst.

POLICIES
Sunburst Unit 2779 Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 3-7 Depends on season.
Check In/Out Time: 4:00-5:00pm/10:00am
Check in Location: 200 West River Street in Ketchum
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the rent plus tax is due at the time of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and is fully non-refundable at this time. If canceled outside of 31+ days you would lose the 10% deposit plus a $150 cancel fee. There will be no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. All no-shows are non-refundable. (May vary with packages)
