This ground level, corner condominium provides plenty of sleeping space and is about 1.5 blocks from the Warm Springs lifts.
The living room has a 42-inch flat-screen TV, wood-burning fireplace and access to the deck. The dining table seats five and the breakfast bar has seats for two. There is a nice deck accessed by either the living room or the master bedroom that has a charcoal grill, two outdoor chairs (seasonal) and views of the Warm Springs runs. This unit does have a washer/dryer as well.
The master bedroom has a king bed and access to a deck. The master bathroom has two sink areas and a tub/shower combo. The second bedroom has a king bed and an en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom has a king bed and an en-suite bathroom as well.
This complex features a common-area hot tub, as well as a shared sauna, and ski storage for all of your equipment.
There are 2 parking spots available for this unit.
About Sawtooth
The Sawtooth Condominiums are on Ritchie Drive in Warm Springs about 1 block to the ski lifts and close to the apres ski spots. Downtown Ketchum is about three miles away and can be reached via the free KART service which stops less than one block from the condominium.
No booking fees like most companies. Just a professional, helpful and friendly staff who will find the best rates for you at Sawtooth.

"The unit was largely as advertised. That said, the hot tub clearly had not been cleaned in a long time and was somewhat disgusting. It got cleaned on my last day and the water was still cold from complete changeout. To be clear, I did not contact InIdaho, so the status of the hottub is not on them."

especially susceptible to closure for maintenance. While we
understand that our customers often choose a property based on
amenities, we can not offer any discounts or refunds based on an
amenity not being available during your stay.
POLICIES
Sawtooth Unit 25 Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 3-7 Depending on time of year and occupancy.
Check In/Out Time: 4:00-5:00pm/10:00am
Check in Location: 200 West River Street in Ketchum
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the rent plus tax is due at the time of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and is fully non-refundable at this time. If canceled outside of 31+ days you would lose the 10% deposit plus a $150 cancel fee. There will be no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. All no-shows are non-refundable. (May vary with packages)
