This brightly furnished townhome is located in the downtown area and has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and will accommodate up to 6 people. Enjoy a view of Payette Lake from your balcony or just step out your front door! Take a short stroll to Mile High Marina, Legacy Beach or Brown Park, which is just one block away.
There is a queen bed in each of the bedrooms and a sofa sleeper in the downstairs living area. One of the bedrooms is located downstairs (this is where the main entrance to the townhome is). This bedroom has an attached bath and queen bed as well as a living area with a big-screen TV and the sofa sleeper. The attached bathroom has a second door for access from the living area. Step outside onto the petit deck and enjoy the grassy, common area.
Head upstairs to relax in the bright living room where you can lounge around the fireplace or out on the balcony for a view of the lake. There is a formal dining area as well as counter seating for enjoying meals. You'll also find a spacious bedroom with a queen bed and attached bathroom on this level.
There is one parking space in the driveway and a deep garage for parking two cars in tandem.
About Mill Court
The Mill Court condos are just one block to Payette Lake to the south of the marina, and a short 3 block walk to downtown McCall.

"The condo is very nice, close to Harry's Dry Dock, so if you are jet skiing or boating, it's an excellent location. It's also close to downtown, so restaurants are within walking distance. The condo doesn't have a microwave, that's the only thing missing. It also has a nice balconey with a somewhat decent view of part of the lake, but it's still watm and nice to sit there with a cuppa something in the morning."

POLICIES
Mill Court Unit 6 (Downtown Lakeview Villa Townhome) Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 2
Check In/Out Time: 4:00 pm/10:00 am
Check in Location: Details provided prior to arrival
Cancellation Policy: DOES NOT ACCEPT Amex or Discover. Must be at least 25 years old and be an occupant the whole stay. A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the stay (60 days if reserving a non-refundable property). If you cancel the reservation 60 days or more prior to the arrival date, a 5% penalty + $100 bookkeeping fee will apply. If you cancel on shorter notice than 60 days you will lose the entire reservation amount. NON-REFUNDABLE PROPERTIES include but are not limited to, Broken Ridge Ranch, Seasons at McCall, and all McCall lakefront properties: A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival day, which will be fully non-refundable at this time. No refund for late arrivals or early departures. (May vary with packages)
