About "Unit 1206"
Located in the heart of Sun Valley Village, this totally remodeled 2.5-bedroom, 2-bath condo will sleep up to 6 people. As you enter the condo there is a large deck with a gas grill, table, and chairs (which may be seasonal). On the main level of the condo is the living area with high ceilings for great light, a gas fireplace, and a 65-inch flatscreen TV. The fully stocked kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a Keurig coffee maker. The dining table seats 4 with a leaf to accommodate 6. The master bedroom, also located on this level, has a queen bed, a 42-inch flatscreen TV, and an en-suite bath with single sink vanity and walk-in shower. There is a stack washer/dryer in the hallway as you enter the condo.
Upstairs, you will find the second bedroom, consisting of a king bed with a 55-inch TV and access to a full-size, shared bathroom with single sink vanity and shower/tub combo. The third bedroom is located in the loft that looks down at the living room. There are two twin beds that can be converted into a king upon request. There is a small deck off this room with mountain views and it also has access to the hallway bath.
Things to Note: This property does not have access to Sun Valley amenities.
About Villager
Located in the southeast corner of Sun Valley Village, and just a block from the Lodge & Dollar Mountain. The Villager Condominiums are near the Sun Valley Lake and offer one, two, three and four-bedroom units. All have fireplaces and a small deck. All units are two levels. "New Villager Condominiums Association does not allow Trailers, RV's, Boats, Camper or Commercial Vehicles on the property. Arrangements can be made to park this type of vehicles on Sun Valley Property by the Lodge. Please call to make arrangements in advance.
No booking fees like most companies. Just a professional, helpful and friendly staff who will find the best rates for you at Villager.

"We loved the fireplace. The couch was very hard. The kitchen was cramped and there were no filters for the coffee maker (but there was a coffee grinder). The master bedroom got very hot at night. There were many movies, puzzles and some games to enjoy while there. We liked the access to the Sun Valley Lodge amenities (hot tub, workout room)."

POLICIES
Villager Unit 1206 Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 3-10 depending on time of year.
Check In/Out Time: 4:00-5:00pm/10:00am
Check in Location: 200 West River Street in Ketchum
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the rent plus tax is due at the time of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and is fully non-refundable at this time. If canceled outside of 31+ days you would lose the 10% deposit plus a $150 cancel fee. There will be no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. All no-shows are non-refundable. (May vary with packages)
