About "Unit 04"
This spacious, 1,510 sq. ft. condo offers 3 bedrooms and 2 baths that can accommodate up to 8 guests. This unit features a full kitchen, laundry, garage access (for storage only), a wood fireplace, WiFi, a private patio with lake views, and a TV with a DVD player (no cable).
All units have access to the lake and beach, a large grassy area with picnic tables, a playground, and a shared BBQ area. There is also overnight dock access, for a daily fee, pending available slots.
Things to Note: There is no water hook-up for the ice maker. There are ice trays.
Things to Come: There will be a Roku Firestick for the TV in the bedroom. There is also a Smart TV in the living room with streaming services (all streaming options will need their own accounts).
Parking Notes: Winter Trailer Parking: The City of McCall has made snowmobile trailer parking available in two locations. The City's Mill Road Parking Lot is located just north of Pine St./Mill Rd. intersection, near the City's boat launch/marina area and the Golf Course Parking Lot, which is located at the east end of Reedy Ln. Snowmobile loading or unloading at these locations is strictly prohibited.
Summer Trailer Parking: The Mill Road Parking Lot is available during the summer months.
All vehicle/trailer parking at these locations is based on a first-come, first-served basis at any time of the year. Parking of any vehicle or trailer longer than 72-hrs is prohibited (subject to change without notice). Parking is at your own risk and we are not liable for any damage or loss.
About Mill Park Condos
Mill Park condos are located at Brown Park on Payette Lake, just a few blocks from downtown McCall. There are private boat slips available at this complex (for an additional fee), a sandy cove for swimming, a large grassy yard between the condos and the lake, a playground, and a picnic area with BBQs. The lower units are numbered 1-4 and are 1,510 sq. ft. The upper-level units are numbered 4-8 and are 2,030 sq. ft. The upper units are two levels, with the master, living, kitchen, and dining areas on the lower level and additional bedrooms upstairs.
Boat slip reservations, for a fee, are required, as there are only six boat slips.
No booking fees like most companies. Just a professional, helpful and friendly staff who will find the best rates for you at Mill Park Condos.

"very nice condo but a little pricey. We did have a GREAT time! The upstairs neighbors had parties both nights and it was a little noisy, but we ended up not sleeping in the master bedroom to avoid the noise."

"The unit was in a great location - lake front and a close walk to town. The jacuzzi tub in our unit wasn't working which would have been nice after long day of skiing but overall the experience at Mill Park Condos was a good one. Lower units experience a good bit of noise with partying tenants upstairs."

POLICIES
Mill Park Condos Unit 04 Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 2+ Depending on the Season
Check In/Out Time: 4:00pm/11:00am
Check in Location: By pre-arrangement only.
Cancellation Policy: 50% of the total reservation is due when the reservation is made. If the reservation is canceled at any time you will forfeit the 50% deposit and a $50 bookkeeping fee. If you cancel 30 days or less prior to arrival there is no refund and the entire reservation amount will be charged. Balance due 31 days prior to arrival date. Deposit & balance will be processed automatically. Damages or loss of the owner's property or the need for excessive cleaning will incur additional charges. (May vary with packages)
