This compact, 2.5-bedroom, 3-bath condo will comfortably sleep up to 5 guests. Offering 1300 sq. ft. of living space, the unit has been extensively renovated and refurbished. It is in the perfect location close to River Run lifts, the shuttle service, and is within walking distance to West Ketchum's movie theater, shops, and bistros.
This condo offers modern accommodations, Smart flat-screen TVs, and Wifi. The living room has a 28-inch flat-screen TV with cable for viewing from the loveseat, ottoman, or dining area. The gas fireplace adds warmth and comfort during those colder days. The dining area accommodates up to 6 guests at table seating, while the adjacent granite kitchen bar offers 3 stools at the counter. The kitchen has newer appliances, an instant-on hot water dispenser, and the expected array of small kitchen appliances.
The ground level has entries at both the front and back, which lead to the dining/living room and den. The deck off of the den has a rear fenced courtyard, offering southwest views. The den has a queen sofa sleeper, a 43-inch flat-screen Smart TV with cable/Blu-Ray DVD, and an adjacent bath with a shower and washer/dryer.
The second level offers two bedrooms, each with an en-suite bath. The master suite offers a king bed, vaulted ceilings, and a 28-inch Smart TV with DVD only (no cable), but keep in mind you can stream shows with your own accounts. The en-suite bathroom has a shower/tub combo. Partial mountain views can be enjoyed from this bedroom. The second bedroom also offers mountain views, a queen bed, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower only.
About Alpine Villa (Trailview West)
Alpine Villa Condominiums are conveniently located near the bike path, just a few blocks from downtown Ketchum, and are walking distance to the River Run ski lifts on Bald Mountain. The complex has a coin-operated laundry facility. There is a free shuttle that will transport you to ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum, and the Sun Valley and Elkhorn Resorts.
No booking fees like most companies. Just a professional, helpful and friendly staff who will find the best rates for you at Alpine Villa (Trailview West).

POLICIES
Alpine Villa (Trailview West) Unit 24 Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 3-7 depending on time of year.
Check In/Out Time: 4:00-5:00pm/10:00am
Check in Location: 200 West River Street in Ketchum
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the rent plus tax is due at the time of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and is fully non-refundable at this time. If canceled outside of 31+ days you would lose the 10% deposit plus a $150 cancel fee. There will be no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. All no-shows are non-refundable. (May vary with packages)
