About "Unit 24"
This 2.5-bedroom, 2-bath condo's entry is on the second floor and overlooks Trail Creek and numerous surrounding cottonwood trees. With 1,457 sq. ft., it will accommodate up to 6 guests.
The condo offers clean, simple, and basic furnishings. The living room features a river rock fireplace and is adjacent to the kitchen and dining area that seats up to 6 people. The living room has a 55-inch Smart TV, DVD, and Bluetooth stereo. The seasonally furnished deck off of the dining room is very inviting in the summertime, a place where you can relax and take in the views that overlook Trail Creek for your dining pleasure.
The master loft has a 45-inch flat-screen Smart TV, a king bed, a ceiling fan, and an en-suite bathroom. The loft has high ceilings, great light, and looks out over the living room below.
The main level has the second bedroom, consisting of a king bed, a 45-inch Smart TV, and access to the full-size hallway bath. The third bedroom is also on the main level and has a king bed, a 55-inch Smart TV, and access to the hallway bathroom. The condo has a stacked washer/dryer for your convenience.
Parking Notes: Parking for up to two cars only.
About Bridgepoint
Bridgepoint Condominiums are located in a convenient corner of Ketchum, just a few feet from the banks of Trail Creek. The complex is conveniently located near the bike path in the summer and is within walking distance of the River Run ski lifts on Bald Mountain. Common area hot tub and outdoor parking for up to two cars only. The free Mountain Rides shuttle stops half a block from the complex to reach the River Run lifts or access the cities of Ketchum and Sun Valley for your shopping and dining pleasures.
No booking fees like most companies. Just a professional, helpful and friendly staff who will find the best rates for you at Bridgepoint.

"Unit 24 has oversized furniture that makes the bar and living room area nearly unuseable.
Bridpoint backs up to a hill with a major road on it. The main windows of Unit 24, despite being on the second story, are at the level of the road. At night, automobile headlights sweep the inside of the unit every few minutes... not exactly what you expect from a mountain get away."

POLICIES
Bridgepoint Unit 24 Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 3-7 Nights
Check In/Out Time: 4:00-5:00pm/10:00am
Check in Location: 200 West River Street in Ketchum
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the rent plus tax is due at the time of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and is fully non-refundable at this time. If canceled outside of 31+ days you would lose the 10% deposit plus a $150 cancel fee. There will be no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. All no-shows are non-refundable. (May vary with packages)
