A light-filled living room has large windows facing Bald Mountain, 15' vaulted ceilings, a large gas fireplace with vented gas burning logs, a 55-inch flat-screen Smart TV, Bluetooth soundbar, and high-speed wireless internet. The fully equipped kitchen features NEW stainless steel appliances, granite tile countertops, hardwood flooring, and maple cabinets. The dining area seats six with additional seating for four at the breakfast bar. The deck off the dining and living room also faces Bald Mountain with peek-a-boo views of the Round House Lodge and the ski runs and also includes a gas barbecue.
The first guest bedroom is located on the main level containing a new bunk bed and a twin bed with a full bath across the hall with a double vanity, shower/tub combination, and a stacked washer/dryer in the closet. The master bedroom is upstairs with a king bed, a 43-inch flat-screen Smart TV, spacious closets, views to the north, and an en-suite bath with double vanity and a jetted tub with a shower. The second guest bedroom is also located on this level with a queen bed, a 43-inch flat-screen Smart TV, large closet space, complex views, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination.
Things to Note: There are fans available in every room. This unit features radiant floor heat. There is a bench and ski storage inside the front door.

Cancellation: A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the rent plus tax is due at the time of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and is fully non-refundable at this time. If canceled outside of 31+ days you would lose the 10% deposit plus a $150 cancel fee. There will be no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. All no-shows are non-refundable.
