This charming three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is located right on the beach on Payette Lake in the heart of McCall! This cozy condo is perfect for families or friends looking for a comfortable and convenient home base for exploring all that McCall has to offer.
Each bedroom has a comfortable bed to ensure a good night's sleep after a day of adventure. The master bedroom has a California king bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed, while the third bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed, making it perfect for kids or young adults. The second bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway.
One of the best features of this condo is its location right on the lake, with a private beach for Crystal Beach guests to enjoy. Take a swim in the fresh, clear waters, relax on the beach, or bring your kayaks or paddleboards to get out on the water. This complex also boasts a seasonal, saltwater pool for those who prefer.
Located right in town, you'll be just a short stroll away from all the wonderful shops and restaurants. McCall is also a great destination for wilderness hikes, with plenty of trails to explore in the surrounding mountains. And if you're feeling adventurous, why not try river rafting or a guided fly-fishing trip on the nearby Salmon River?
In the winter, it is a great base for all kinds of winter activities. You will be just a short drive from Brundage Mountain Ski Resort, where you can hit the slopes for some skiing or snowboarding. If you prefer something a little more low-key, try snowshoeing or cross-country skiing on the nearby trails.
After a day of adventure, come back and relax in the comfortable living room, to watch the sunset from the balcony, or enjoy movie night. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare a delicious meal, which you can enjoy at the dining table or out on the balcony with stunning lake views!

About Crystal Beach
The Crystal Beach condos are located on Payette Lake with seasonal outdoor pool, lake & beach access during the summer. Located just a short walk from downtown, and located on the desirable south side of Payette Lake, Crystal Beach condominiums are a popular rental choice in both the summer and winter.
Views of Payette Lake are unobstructed from all units.
General Rules for Renters:
- Renters must register with the Crystal Beach Manager prior to or upon occupancy.
- Renters and there guests may not have pets of any kind on the property.
- Renter's guests (people other than those listed on the registration form) may not use the common area facilities including, but, not limited to, the pool area, beach or bocks.
- Renters may not store their boat or watercraft in any of the slips or dock spaces.
General:
* Pool Hours 10:00am - 10:00pm
* Quiet Times 10:00pm - 9:00am
* No trailers, RV campers or commercial vehicles are allowed to be parked in the parking lot.
All guests must sign the registration form before they enter the unit. The unit only allows the number of guests staying as it has beds to accommodate.

strive to get you the lowest possible price.

management company. Sometimes owners may change amenities
without notifying us. Additionally, amenities may break or
suddenly become unavailable. InIdaho does not guarantee any
amenity including hot tub use and internet access and does not
provide a credit or refund for missing or amenities that are not
available during your stay. All rentals are subject to our

POLICIES
Crystal Beach Unit A-26 (Lake Time) Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 2-7 nights Depending on Season
Check In/Out Time: 4:00 pm/10:00 am
Check in Location: Details provided prior to arrival
Cancellation Policy: DOES NOT ACCEPT Amex or Discover. Must be at least 25 years old and be an occupant the whole stay. A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the stay (60 days if reserving a non-refundable property). If you cancel the reservation 60 days or more prior to the arrival date, a 5% penalty + $100 bookkeeping fee will apply. If you cancel on shorter notice than 60 days you will lose the entire reservation amount. NON-REFUNDABLE PROPERTIES include but are not limited to, Broken Ridge Ranch, Seasons at McCall, and all McCall lakefront properties: A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival day, which will be fully non-refundable at this time. No refund for late arrivals or early departures. (May vary with packages)
