Find a little bit of everything at this spacious, inviting, family-friendly townhome at Sweetwater! This home sits two miles south of downtown Hailey, where you can shop, dine, or watch a movie. The Hailey Rodeo Arena and Hailey Ice are only a mile north, and Draper Preserve, an excellent spot for a run or a hike, is two miles west. You take a short walk to the paved hiking and biking trail that is 16 miles long and goes from Bellevue to Ketchum and is open year-round. You'll find world-class winter ski slopes and summer hiking and mountain biking trails at Bald Mountain 15 miles north, as well as a lovely spot to fish on the shores of Silver Creek 17 miles south. Ketchum and Sun Valley are both within 16 miles, offering plentiful options for dining, shopping, and all-season entertainment.
When you enter this multi-level townhouse, you will discover a welcoming open floor plan on the second floor. Prepare tasty, home-cooked meals in your well-equipped kitchen, including a breakfast bar with counter seating. Enjoy beverages and conversation in the adjacent sitting room, or head to the living room for a family movie night while enjoying the ambiance of the gas fireplace.
Outside, spend summer evenings relaxing on the covered front porch or your morning coffee on the balcony. The upper level hosts two bedrooms, each equipped with Smart TVs. The primary bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom has access to the hallway bathroom.
With a shared outdoor pool, splash pad, hot tub, outdoor fireplace, and grill, there is a little bit of something for everyone!

Whether you love the cool snowy winters or the pleasant summer nights, Sweetwater is at the center of endless recreational opportunities. If you'd rather just hang around the complex there are plenty of amenities for everyone to enjoy! You'll have access to an outdoor pool, hot tub, and gym!
Located about 14 miles from Ketchum there are always opportunities for organized recreation. Come summer, hike along the many trails scattered around town and grab a bite to eat at local favorite restaurants.

POLICIES
Sweetwater Sweet Retreat at Sweet Water Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 2-5
Check In/Out Time: 4:00 pm/10:00 am
Check in Location: Will be sent in confirmation
Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
