This is a two-story, newly remodeled, centrally located townhome that consists of 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths that can accommodate up to 6 guests. There is plenty of space for everyone to spread out over the 3,600 sq. ft. of living space.
On the main level, you'll find the living area with an 85-inch flat-screen TV and a gas-ignited wood-burning fireplace. The ceilings are high, which brings great natural light to the living and dining areas. There is access to a nice deck with mountain views and seasonal outdoor furniture. The spacious kitchen is fully stocked and has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. When it comes time to eat, there are two bar stools at the kitchen counter top and the dining table seats six. Also on this level, you will find the master bedroom that has a king bed, a 55-inch flat-screen TV, and access to a small deck. The en-suite bathroom has a two-sink vanity, a sunken jetted tub, and a separate shower. There is a large walk-in closet as well.
On the lower level are the other two bedrooms and the den. The den has a 55-inch flat-screen TV, and access to the patio that has a private hot tub and a small fenced yard with a built-in gas grill and seasonal fire pit. The second bedroom has a king bed and access to a full-size hallway bath that has a single sink vanity and shower/tub combo. The third bedroom has a twin-over-queen bunk bed. This room has its own full-size bath with a two-sink vanity, a sunken jetted tub, and a separate shower. This bedroom also has a large walk-in closet.
There is a laundry room with a full-size washer/dryer for your convenience. There is a half bath, that is located at the front entrance to the townhome.
Parking Notes: Access to a 2-car garage.
Things to Note: You can walk or drive to downtown, a short distance to River Run lifts, the bike path, and the river.
About Williams Townhomes
These townhomes are in a prime location, putting you very close to the River Run lifts and the downtown Ketchum area. The bike path and river are along these neighborhoods too.

POLICIES
Williams Townhomes Unit A (View Williams Twnhm) Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 3+ Depending on the Season
Check In/Out Time: 4:00-5:00pm/10:00am
Check in Location: 200 West River Street in Ketchum
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the rent plus tax is due at the time of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and is fully non-refundable at this time. If canceled outside of 31+ days you would lose the 10% deposit plus a $150 cancel fee. There will be no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. All no-shows are non-refundable. (May vary with packages)
