Recently updated, this impeccable studio condo is located in the heart of Sun Valley. It is ideally situated on the second level, within walking distance to Trail Creek, Sun Valley Lodge, the Pavilion, the Village, and the Ice Rink.
The spacious living area features a comfortable queen bed, a wall-mounted flat-screen Smart TV with COX DVR, and a cozy sectional sofa.
The well-equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and ample counter space for meal preparation. Guests can enjoy their meals at the breakfast bar with seating for two.
The bathroom features a vanity/sink area and a walk-in tiled shower. For your convenience, the condo is equipped with a stackable washer and dryer.
This condo has a shared upper deck area that can be accessed behind the building.
Things to Note: This unit does not have Sun Valley Amenities.
About Atelier
The Atelier condominiums are located on Old Dollar Road just across from the Sun Valley Lake. Sun Valley Resort's pool, tennis courts and hot tub are a walk or drive of a few hundred yards.
No booking fees like most companies. Just a professional, helpful and friendly staff who will find the best rates for you at Atelier.

"pet friendly" may be subject to an additional charge if you decide
to bring your pet. All pet requests must be made in advance to your
arrival date. Pricing: We try to maintain pricing
as accurately as possible. Occasionally prices change and may not be

are not confirmed until you have made a reservation. We will always
strive to get you the lowest possible price.
Amenities: A list of amenities is provided by the
management company. Sometimes owners may change amenities
without notifying us. Additionally, amenities may break or

amenity including hot tub use and internet access and does not
provide a credit or refund for missing or amenities that are not

Amenities such as hot tubs and pools are
especially susceptible to closure for maintenance. While we
understand that our customers often choose a property based on
amenities, we can not offer any discounts or refunds based on an
amenity not being available during your stay.
POLICIES
Atelier Unit 1102 Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 3-7 nights depending on the season
Check In/Out Time: 5:00 pm/10:00 am
Check in Location: Directions to accommodations provided prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy: 25% deposit is due at time of booking. The final balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival day. If a booking is made on or less than 60 days before your arrival day, full payment will be due upon booking. If you cancel 60 days or more prior to your arrival day, a full refund will be issued less a $200 cancellation fee. No refunds once you are 59 days or less prior to your arrival day. (May vary with packages)
