This single-level duplex is located in a residential neighborhood near a dog park and is just about a mile from the Warm Springs ski lifts and is steps from the popular Heidelberg Hill trailhead and a bus stop for the "Blue Route" on the free Mountain Rides Bus. This home offers approximately 1,200 sq. ft. of living space and will sleep up to four guests.
As you enter the home you will find the cozy living area with a gas fireplace, a 36-inch flat-screen TV, and modern seating. To the left of the entry is the fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances. In the corner of the kitchen is a dining table for four. The kitchen door leads out to a spacious, sunny deck with a barbeque and outdoor chairs for relaxing in the summer months.
Off of the living area is a hall leading to the master bedroom to the left and the second bedroom to the right. The large master has a queen bed, a 36-inch flat-screen TV, and a walk-in closet that leads to the master bathroom. This bathroom has a shower and a single vanity sink. There is a stack washer/dryer in the master closet. The second bedroom offers two twin beds and has access to a full-size, hallway bathroom with a single vanity sink and tub/shower combo.
This unit does allow a maximum of one dog for an additional charge per day.

POLICIES
Wanderers Way Duplex Unit 106 (Wanderers Way) Cancellation and other Policies
Check In/Out Time: 4:00-5:00pm/10:00am
Check in Location: 200 West River Street in Ketchum
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the rent plus tax is due at the time of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and is fully non-refundable at this time. If canceled outside of 31+ days you would lose the 10% deposit plus a $150 cancel fee. There will be no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. All no-shows are non-refundable. (May vary with packages)
