Great for families and friends to gather in McCall, this home offers two king beds, plus a full-over-queen bunk bed with a twin trundle bed.
Things to Note: This home has a Ring Doorbell installed - this device records motion and sound. This is a three-story property that does not have an elevator. No EV charging allowed.

POLICIES
Silverpine Village Unit 326 (Silverpine Gem) Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 2-4
Check In/Out Time: 4:00 pm/10:00 am
Check in Location: Details provided prior to arrival
Cancellation Policy: DOES NOT ACCEPT Amex or Discover. Must be at least 25 years old and be an occupant the whole stay. A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the stay (60 days if reserving a non-refundable property). If you cancel the reservation 60 days or more prior to the arrival date, a 5% penalty + $100 bookkeeping fee will apply. If you cancel on shorter notice than 60 days you will lose the entire reservation amount. NON-REFUNDABLE PROPERTIES include but are not limited to, Broken Ridge Ranch, Seasons at McCall, and all McCall lakefront properties: A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival day, which will be fully non-refundable at this time. No refund for late arrivals or early departures. (May vary with packages)
