About "Unit 1244"
Located in the heart of Sun Valley Village this one-bedroom, one-bathroom, two-story condo will sleep up to two guests.
On the main level, as you enter the condo, there is a small seating area with a love seat and 36-inch flat-screen TV. The kitchen is fully stocked and has granite countertops. There is a dining table for three off to the side of the kitchen.
As you go upstairs to the bedroom there is a full-size bathroom with a single-sink vanity and a shower/tub combo on the first small set of stairs. As you continue up the stairs there is a large seating area with two chairs and a 42-inch flat-screen TV. In the "loft," you'll find a king bed and walk-in closet.
There is a stack washer/dryer in the kitchen and the condo has a nice size deck as you enter from outdoors. For relaxing on the deck during the warmer months there are two chairs and an end table.
Things to Note: This unit does not have access to the Sun Valley Resort amenities.
About Villager
Located in the southeast corner of Sun Valley Village, and just a block from the Lodge & Dollar Mountain. The Villager Condominiums are near the Sun Valley Lake and offer one, two, three and four-bedroom units. All have fireplaces and a small deck. All units are two levels. "New Villager Condominiums Association does not allow Trailers, RV's, Boats, Camper or Commercial Vehicles on the property. Arrangements can be made to park this type of vehicles on Sun Valley Property by the Lodge. Please call to make arrangements in advance.
No booking fees like most companies. Just a professional, helpful and friendly staff who will find the best rates for you at Villager.
