Chock full kitchen contains everything you need to prepare meals. Features a gas range, French door refrigerator, convection/air fryer oven, instant pot, and Keurig coffee to name a few. Counter seating, along with a dedicated dining area, provides plenty of seating for all of your family and friends for dinner or game nights. The laundry room has a washer/dryer, iron, steamer, and supplies included for your convenience.

The master bedroom has a luxury king bed, a 55" Smart TV, a dresser, and a walk-in closet with hangers and a luggage rack. The en-suite bathroom has double sinks and a walk-in shower. There is another full, hall bath on this floor.

You'll be less than 1 mile to walk or bike to Ponderosa State Park, downtown McCall for coffee shops, restaurants & shopping, Legacy Park and beach, the Marina, or Manchester Ice and Event center. Take a 3.5-mile drive to The Activity Barn for winter tubing hill fun or a 10-mile drive to Brundage Mountain Ski resort if you prefer to ride.

General Policies
Cancellation: DOES NOT ACCEPT Amex or Discover. Must be at least 25 years old and be an occupant the whole stay. A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the stay (60 days if reserving a non-refundable property). If you cancel the reservation 60 days or more prior to the arrival date, a 5% penalty + $100 bookkeeping fee will apply. If you cancel on shorter notice than 60 days you will lose the entire reservation amount. NON-REFUNDABLE PROPERTIES include but are not limited to, Broken Ridge Ranch, Seasons at McCall, and all McCall lakefront properties: A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival day, which will be fully non-refundable at this time. No refund for late arrivals or early departures.
