This townhome sits on the third floor, offering views of the surrounding evergreen treetops and a courtyard and fountain below. It's a scene best enjoyed on your private balcony, where you can sip your morning coffee in a rocking chair, barbecue on the gas grill in summer, and relax with a glass of wine at night.
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a wonderful sense of warmth and polish, with richly hued wood and outdoor-inspired decor throughout. POLICIES
Alpine Village - McCall Residence 304 Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 2+ Depending on the Season
Check In/Out Time: 4:00 pm/10:00 am
Check in Location: Will be sent in confirmation
Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
