About "Unit 48"
Located in West Ketchum with easy access to the lifts, bike path, and downtown Ketchum, this updated studio, 1-bath condo will sleep up to 2 guests. The living and kitchen area is open with views of the mountains. The living room has a Smart TV with YouTube TV streaming only, and a queen bed is located behind a partial wall for added privacy. The kitchen is fully equipped with updated appliances and there are two bar stools at the granite countertop. The bathroom is located on this level with a single vanity sink and shower.
Things to Note: There is a complex laundry facility for guest use.
About Wildwood Condominiums Sun Valley
The Wildwood Condominiums are located near the south end of Second Avenue in Ketchum. The River Run lifts are about four city blocks away (about 3 minutes from the mountain) and central Ketchum five blocks. The condominium is on the KART route, which provides service to all areas of the resort.
No booking fees like most companies. Just a professional, helpful and friendly staff who will find the best rates for you at Wildwood Condominiums Sun Valley.

Pets: Properties marked as
"pet friendly" may be subject to an additional charge if you decide
to bring your pet. All pet requests must be made in advance to your
arrival date. Pricing: We try to maintain pricing
as accurately as possible. Occasionally prices change and may not be
reflected on this web site. Prices may be lower or higher. Prices
are not confirmed until you have made a reservation. We will always
strive to get you the lowest possible price.

management company. Sometimes owners may change amenities

Amenities such as hot tubs and pools are
especially susceptible to closure for maintenance. While we
understand that our customers often choose a property based on
amenities, we can not offer any discounts or refunds based on an
amenity not being available during your stay.
POLICIES
Wildwood Condominiums Sun Valley Unit 48 Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 3+ Depending on the Season
Check In/Out Time: 4:00-5:00pm/10:00am
Check in Location: 200 West River Street in Ketchum
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the rent plus tax is due at the time of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and is fully non-refundable at this time. If canceled outside of 31+ days you would lose the 10% deposit plus a $150 cancel fee. There will be no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. All no-shows are non-refundable. (May vary with packages)
