Welcome to your home away from home in the midst of the Rocky Mountains, beautiful Sun Valley Idaho. Spend time with your loved ones here in this gorgeous condo while you tour, hike, mountain bike, river raft, or ski. Enjoy your company by shopping together, eating out at fantastic local eateries, challenging each other on the tennis court, or indulging in dozens of family-friendly attractions.
Inside you'll find a bright interior with lots of natural light. The rustic ceiling full of wooden trellises set the atmosphere of welcoming, while the modern furniture and decor invite you in to relax. This living area, dining area, and kitchen are all open so there won't be any missed conversations. A large wall-mounted TV is above the fireplace, perfect for movie nights. The chef of the group will love preparing meals and on-the-go snacks in the full kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar that seats three.
The main bedroom boasts an incredible view, a comfortable bed for a restful night's sleep, and a beautiful en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. Enjoy a private patio to watch the stars come out and dot the sky.
Parking Notes: No Parking Pass Required. Park on the street in front of the unit or in the lot just east of the condo. Vehicles may be parked in designated parking areas. Observe the no parking signs and reserved/disabled parking spaces. The parking of trailers is not allowed, as there is limited parking available and the parking lots are very small. There may be parking available at the River Run parking lot on 3rd Avenue in Ketchum, but it is not supervised and guests park at their own risk.
About Ranch
The Ranch complex is located on Morning Star Road in Elkhorn. The Free KART bus stops right outside the complex, making it very easy to get to any place desired in the area. In summer guest are invited to enjoy the amenities at Harker Center & Elkhorn Village. The Harker Center is right across and up the street from the Ranch, offering outdoor swimming, hot tub, sauna, tennis courts and a picnic area and to mention the children's playground. The Elkhorn Village has an Olympic swimming pool. The bike bath runs around the Elkhorn loop and right through the villager.

POLICIES
Ranch Unit 3510 (Lower Ranch Condo) Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 3- 7 depending on season
Check In/Out Time: 4:00 pm/10:00 am
Check in Location: Will be sent in confirmation
Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
