These condos are in a newly-constructed development, located in the heart of downtown Ketchum, making it the perfect spot to walk to local restaurants, cafes, recreation, and entertainment! You will love the 10-minute stroll or a 5-minute ride on the free city bus to the lifts at River Run. It's easy to explore nearby Sun Valley, from the slopes of Dollar Mountain to the Sawtooth Botanical Garden, both less than 10 minutes away.
This luxury, first-floor unit features two bedrooms and two bathrooms that can accommodate up to four guests. Featuring an incredibly designed single-story luxury condo, making it easily accessible for most. The thoughtfully designed home offers high-end furnishings, an open and airy great room-plus privacy shades throughout the condo to block visibility inside. Aglow from natural lighting streaming in through the tall windows, the living area consists of an L-shaped sectional couch with a matching ottoman and two leather armchairs surrounding the TV. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a gas range and French door refrigerator, as well as a large kitchen island with three stools. The quaint dining area has a long table with two chairs and bench seating on both sides, making it perfect for entertaining family and friends.
Down the hallway are two comfortable bedrooms, one primary, and one guest bedroom, both with incredible mountain views. The primary bedroom has a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower only. The second bedroom has a king bed and access to the bathroom in the hallway that has a shower/tub combo.
Surrounded by the Sawtooth National Forest, this unit provides a lavish condo with resort-like amenities for visitors who love nature.

The Lofts @ 660 is located in the downtown Ketchum area, making this a great spot to walk to restaurants, shopping, and coffee shops. You will also be within a mile of the River Run Ski Lifts! The free shuttle bus is within a couple of blocks for your convenience. Sun Valley, just 2-miles away, offers even more restaurants, shops, and attractions including the Sun Valley Ice Rink and Sun Valley Stables.

POLICIES
The Lofts at 660 Unit 101 (Gem State Flat) Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 2+ Depending on the Season
Check In/Out Time: 5:00 pm/10:00 am
Check in Location: Directions to accommodations provided prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy: 25% deposit is due at time of booking. The final balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival day. If a booking is made on or less than 60 days before your arrival day, full payment will be due upon booking. If you cancel 60 days or more prior to your arrival day, a full refund will be issued less a $200 cancellation fee. No refunds once you are 59 days or less prior to your arrival day. (May vary with packages)
