This luxury, two-bedroom, two-bath condo is located in the heart of Ketchum and sleeps up to four guests. This property is perfectly situated within walking distance of all the best restaurants and shops. Guests will love the natural lighting, elevator access, and views from the balcony.
Ride the elevator up to this lovely single-story unit, where an entryway greets guests with space to take off wet ski gear or dirty hiking boots. Down the hall is a great room with a sizeable layout and plenty of natural lighting from large picture windows. There's a large L-shaped sofa that faces a TV in the living area and an adjacent dining space directly behind the couch with seating for six. Beautiful east-facing views are accessible from the balcony just off the dining area. Back inside, the fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, including a gas range and three barstools at the countertop to prepare delicious meals with ease. Off the living area, there's a bathroom containing a stackable washer and dryer for convenience. Along the hallway, there are two bedrooms perfectly spaced out for privacy. The primary bedroom and the guest bedroom each have great views! The primary bedroom has a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The guest bedroom has a king bed and access to the bathroom in the hallway with a shower/tub combo.
About The Lofts at 660
The Lofts @ 660 is located in the downtown Ketchum area, making this a great spot to walk to restaurants, shopping, and coffee shops. You will also be within a mile of the River Run Ski Lifts! The free shuttle bus is within a couple of blocks for your convenience. Sun Valley, just 2-miles away, offers even more restaurants, shops, and attractions including the Sun Valley Ice Rink and Sun Valley Stables.

POLICIES
The Lofts at 660 Unit 203 (Modern Getaway) Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 2+ Depending on the Season
Check In/Out Time: 5:00 pm/10:00 am
Check in Location: Directions to accommodations provided prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy: 25% deposit is due at time of booking. The final balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival day. If a booking is made on or less than 60 days before your arrival day, full payment will be due upon booking. If you cancel 60 days or more prior to your arrival day, a full refund will be issued less a $200 cancellation fee. No refunds once you are 59 days or less prior to your arrival day. (May vary with packages)
