This two-level, West Ketchum condo located near the base of Bald Mountain will provide you with everything you need for a fun-filled mountain getaway. The open floor plan is appointed with new, modern furnishings. Prepare delicious meals in this fully-equipped kitchen. After dinner, unwind in front of the gas fireplace during those colder nights.
The master bedroom, on the main level, has a king bed with access to a small deck with a portable propane gas grill, table, and chairs. There is a full-size hallway bath with a single sink vanity and shower only. The spiral staircase off the living area takes you to the loft which has a queen bed and a single twin bed.
This prime location is a 10-minute walk to downtown Ketchum! Endless dining options, boutiques, coffee shops, nightlife, and grocery stores await you within walking distance. The condo is located directly on the free ski bus route which will take you to all ski lifts, or walk 5 minutes to River Run Lodge! The Wood River trail is right across the street as well!
Things to Note: Please be aware there is a spiral staircase leading to the loft - it's not for anyone with bad knees or balance issues as the staircase is steep and narrow.
About Meadowbrook Condos
Nestled in the Aspen trees below the famous Bald mountain is the Meadowbrook Condos. The Bigwood River flows behind and the 18-mile bike path stretches along the front, making for an easy walk to Ketchum, early morning fishing, or to the River Run Lodge.

understand that our customers often choose a property based on

POLICIES
Meadowbrook Condos Unit 9 (Ketchum Retreat) Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 2+ Depending on the Season
Check In/Out Time: 4:00-5:00pm/10:00am
Check in Location: 200 West River Street in Ketchum
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the rent plus tax is due at the time of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and is fully non-refundable at this time. If canceled outside of 31+ days you would lose the 10% deposit plus a $150 cancel fee. There will be no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. All no-shows are non-refundable. (May vary with packages)
