About "Unit 1207"
This two story three bedroom three bath condo is located in a prime location in Sun Valley and sleeps up to 8 people. As you enter the property there is a nice large deck with deck chairs for relaxing. On the main level is the living area with 55 inch flat screen TV and gas ignited wood burning fireplace. Wood is provided. The fully stocked kitchen has 2 types of coffee makers regular and Keurig. The dining room table seats eight. There is a bedroom on this level that is a "second master" with a bed that can be set up as a king or as two twins. Please specify at time of rental. This room has a 36 inch flat screen TV and an en suite bathroom with single sink vanity and shower only.
Upstairs is the master bedroom with a King bed, 36 inch TV and mountain views. There is a nook to recline in and read a book or perfect for a crib/toddler space. The full size bathroom has single sink vanity and sunken jetted tub with shower. The other bedroom up on this level has Queen bed and twin size bunk beds with access to full size hallway bath with single sink vanity and shower tub combo. There is a stack washer dryer in a closet off the hallway.
Access to the Sun Valley Inn pool (year-round) and during peak summer season only, the amenities pass also includes access to the Olympic and kids' pools.
About Villager
Located in the southeast corner of Sun Valley Village, and just a block from the Lodge & Dollar Mountain. The Villager Condominiums are near the Sun Valley Lake and offer one, two, three and four-bedroom units. All have fireplaces and a small deck. All units are two levels. "New Villager Condominiums Association does not allow Trailers, RV's, Boats, Camper or Commercial Vehicles on the property. Arrangements can be made to park this type of vehicles on Sun Valley Property by the Lodge. Please call to make arrangements in advance.
No booking fees like most companies. Just a professional, helpful and friendly staff who will find the best rates for you at Villager.

especially susceptible to closure for maintenance. While we
understand that our customers often choose a property based on
amenities, we can not offer any discounts or refunds based on an
amenity not being available during your stay.
POLICIES
Villager Unit 1207 Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 3-10 depending on time of year.
Check In/Out Time: 4:00-5:00pm/10:00am
Check in Location: 200 West River Street in Ketchum
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the rent plus tax is due at the time of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and is fully non-refundable at this time. If canceled outside of 31+ days you would lose the 10% deposit plus a $150 cancel fee. There will be no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. All no-shows are non-refundable. (May vary with packages)
