Come and experience all the charming mountain town of Ketchum has to offer with this condo that has plenty of natural light with wall-to-wall windows that flood the main living space. You can even bring along your canine friend with approval (2 dogs max with a 50lb weight limit).
Snuggle up on the sofas and continue watching your favorite series or documentary on the flatscreen TV with cable and Netflix. There are plenty of board games available and the coffee table in the living room or the dining table that seats six are the perfect places to gather for trivia or game night! Stream your favorite tunes using the sound dock by the TV while cooking a mouth-watering meal for the group in the fully-equipped kitchen or on the gas grill available on the balcony.
There are 2 bedrooms, each with a single queen bed. The full bathroom down the hall offers a tub/shower combo.
Guests will be granted access to a shared outdoor pool and sauna.
This rental is located on floor 1.
Parking Notes: There is underground parking available for 1 car.

POLICIES
Limelight Condos Unit 111 (Limelight) Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 3-7 nights depending on season
Check In/Out Time: 4:00 pm/10:00 am
Check in Location: Will be sent in confirmation
Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
