This retreat boasts the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern touches here. The first floor and main level of this home offer guests a spacious and light-filled open floor plan. The living room is all about coziness with a loveseat, two armchairs, and a gas fireplace. The private, enclosed patio features a convenient outdoor dining area and gas grill, creating the ultimate barbecue spot.
Back inside, the kitchen will delight the chef of the group with stainless steel appliances. The dining table off the kitchen offers enough space for four people and the breakfast bar has two more high stools for additional dining space. This floor also features a convenient full bath with a walk-in shower and a laundry room with a washer/dryer combo.
All bedrooms are located upstairs, offering a tad of privacy. The main bedroom has access to a private balcony with a chair overlooking the patio and the rest of the neighboring homes and an en-suite full bath with a walk-in shower. When it's time to truly unwind and cool off, the seasonal community outdoor pool will be waiting for you.
Parking notes: Parking Pass is required and you must park in the Reserved Parking Spot marked #12. Only one vehicle is permitted to park on the premises as there is no overflow parking. The parking of trailers is not allowed, as there is limited parking.
Failure to leave the parking pass in the unit at departure will result in a replacement fee.
