Formerly called New Villager, this re-named, sunny 3 bedroom/2 bath 2 level condo offers a large, newly remodeled living space and will sleep up to 6 guests. On the main level are the living area, kitchen, and dining area. The living room has high ceilings with great light, a gas fireplace, 65-inch flat-screen TV, and mountain views. The dining area off the living room will seat 6 guests. Past the kitchen is the master bedroom with a king bed, 43-inch flat-screen TV, walk-in closet, and mountain views. The full-size master bath has a single vanity sink and bathtub with a shower.
On the second level is a bedroom with a king bed, 32-inch TV, and mountain views, with access to a full-size hallway bath. The bathroom has a single vanity sink and bathtub with a shower. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds and a 32-inch TV with access to a hallway bath. There is a stack washer/dryer in the hallway closet off the kitchen. As you enter this condo there is a large deck for relaxing on those warm sunny days. This condo has the ultimate cable TV and Internet package. There is no A/C in the condo. There is parking for only one car per condo at Creekside Condos.
Access to the Sun Valley Inn pool (year-round) and during peak summer season only, the amenities pass also includes access to the Olympic and kids' pools.
About Villager
Located in the southeast corner of Sun Valley Village, and just a block from the Lodge & Dollar Mountain. The Villager Condominiums are near the Sun Valley Lake and offer one, two, three and four-bedroom units. All have fireplaces and a small deck. All units are two levels. "New Villager Condominiums Association does not allow Trailers, RV's, Boats, Camper or Commercial Vehicles on the property. Arrangements can be made to park this type of vehicles on Sun Valley Property by the Lodge. Please call to make arrangements in advance.

POLICIES
Villager Unit 1279 (Creekside Condo) Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 3-10 depending on time of year.
Check In/Out Time: 4:00-5:00pm/10:00am
Check in Location: 200 West River Street in Ketchum
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the rent plus tax is due at the time of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and is fully non-refundable at this time. If canceled outside of 31+ days you would lose the 10% deposit plus a $150 cancel fee. There will be no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. All no-shows are non-refundable. (May vary with packages)
