This 2-bedroom, 2-bath, ground-level, pet-friendly (one large dog or two small dogs only) condo will sleep up to 6 guests comfortably. The living area has a gas fireplace, 27-inch SmartTV with a DVD player, and a queen sofa sleeper with a new memory foam mattress. The coffee table top lifts up and games are stored inside. There is access to the deck off the living area with a table and 4 chairs plus a bench for outdoor relaxing. The fully stocked kitchen has a gas stove and large pantry and a dining room table that seats 8.
The master bedroom has a king bed, 48-inch SmartTV, and an en-suite bathroom with a single sink and shower only. The second bedroom has a queen bed and access to a full-size hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combo and single sink. There is a full-size washer/dryer in the hallway closet.
PLEASE NOTE FOR WINTER 20/21: The Elkhorn Village Hot Tub will not be open. There will be no pool or hot tub access until Summer 2021.
About The Bluff
Named for the land feature they sit on, the Bluff Condominiums are located on Horseshoe Road 1 mile from the Elkhorn Plaza. Sun Valley Village is about 2 miles away, and Ketchum & the River Run lift are about 3.5 miles away.

POLICIES
The Bluff Unit 4014 (Mountain View) Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 3 to 7 depending on season
Check In/Out Time: 4:00-5:00pm/10:00am
Check in Location: 200 West River Street in Ketchum
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the rent plus tax is due at the time of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and is fully non-refundable at this time. If canceled outside of 31+ days you would lose the 10% deposit plus a $150 cancel fee. There will be no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. All no-shows are non-refundable. (May vary with packages)
