With room for four, this luxurious condo offers you access to Elkhorn amenities, such as the Olympic-sized outdoor pools (seasonal), a hot tub, sauna/steam room, seasonal tennis courts, and a clubhouse with many recreation activities.
This condo's large, cozy living area is a special blend of contemporary and rustic, its gas fireplace, with a wood facade, harmonizes perfectly with the forest-green colors, clean white walls, and dark woods. Settle into the plush leather furniture, while enjoying the warmth of the fireplace, and electronic perks like a flat-screen TV with cable, DVD player, Blu-Ray, and Wi-Fi. When the weather's nice, step through the sliding doors and enjoy your coffee out on the deck overlooking a tree-lined green area.
The master bedroom features a king bed piled with comfy pillows and linens and a big bay window. The second bedroom consists of two twin beds and has access to both the outside deck and their own en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
Just eight minutes from shops, galleries, and restaurants in downtown Ketchum, this cozy condo is in a great location! The bus stop for the free shuttle is right out front.
Community amenities provided by Elkhorn in Sun Valley and have periods of closure. No pools from Labor Day until Memorial Day. Hot tubs are closed seasonally for maintenance, they will be closed after Labor Day until after Thanksgiving, then in the Spring when the mountain closes for skiing in April through Memorial Day. Golf and tennis are closed from November 1 through May 1, this is weather dependent and could be extended or shortened at the discretion of the association with/without cause or notice.
About Ranch
The Ranch complex is located on Morning Star Road in Elkhorn. The Free KART bus stops right outside the complex, making it very easy to get to any place desired in the area. In summer guest are invited to enjoy the amenities at Harker Center & Elkhorn Village. The Harker Center is right across and up the street from the Ranch, offering outdoor swimming, hot tub, sauna, tennis courts and a picnic area and to mention the children's playground. The Elkhorn Village has an Olympic swimming pool. The bike bath runs around the Elkhorn loop and right through the villager.

POLICIES
Ranch Unit 3592 (Single Level Ranch Condo) Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 3- 7 depending on season
Check In/Out Time: 4:00 pm/10:00 am
Check in Location: Will be sent in confirmation
Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
