Located just blocks from downtown Ketchum this unit has 2 bedrooms and a loft with 2 bathrooms. With 1312 square feet and 3 levels sleeping 6 guests. The master bedroom has a king bed and 26-inch TV and access to a full bathroom. The mid-level features the living room with 31-inch flat-screen TV, gas fireplace, and ceiling fan. With high ceilings, mountain views, and an open floorplan.
There is access to a small deck off the dining area which offers Mt views, a gas grill, a small table with two chairs, and an umbrella. There is a stack washer/dryer in a closet just off the kitchen.
On the third level is the loft area and master bedroom. The master bedroom has a queen bed, mountain views, a walk-in closet, and a full-size bath. The loft offers a double bed and has access to either bathroom in the condo.
If you bring your dog we charge $35.00 per day pet fee and only one dog is allowed.

POLICIES
Knob Hill Ridge Townhome Unit 1 Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 2-7
Check In/Out Time: 4:00-5:00pm/10:00am
Check in Location: 200 West River Street in Ketchum
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the rent plus tax is due at the time of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and is fully non-refundable at this time. If canceled outside of 31+ days you would lose the 10% deposit plus a $150 cancel fee. There will be no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. All no-shows are non-refundable. (May vary with packages)
