Spend your Sun Valley vacation in comfort at this conveniently located home. Offering access to resort amenities and boasting a furnished deck and fireplace itself, this home is a perfect little getaway for the adventurous group of friends.
Just a mile west are the facilities for Sun Valley Resort. This unit comes with the Sun Valley Amenity pass, which includes access to the Sun Valley Inn Pool, and The Seasonal Olympic Pool and Jacuzzi.
When the sun is out, gather on the furnished deck with a gas grill great for cooking up a fresh trout. Head inside to watch the game on the den TV, or head up to the living and dining area for conversation while you stream music on your phone. Flick on the gas fireplace if you just spent the day skiing and share stories over hot toddies you fixed in the well-stocked kitchen.
Start off your day with a smoothie or fresh-ground cup of Joe thanks to the blender and coffee bean grinder stocked in the kitchen. With a dishwasher and plenty of storage space, you won't be shy in stocking up on food and cooking away. Gather around the table for a post-dinner game of poker or an old-fashioned parlor game.
Upstairs is where you'll find the quiet sleeping accommodations, including the master bedroom with a queen-size bed. The guest room has two twin beds, and there's also a pull-out sofa, queen size, in the living room. A total of six will sleep well here. A full bathroom upstairs and a shower on the lower floor will help you get ready faster.
Additionally, you'll have a private washer and dryer for freshening up your vacation gear, and there is WiFi.
About Villager
Located in the southeast corner of Sun Valley Village, and just a block from the Lodge & Dollar Mountain. The Villager Condominiums are near the Sun Valley Lake and offer one, two, three and four-bedroom units. All have fireplaces and a small deck. All units are two levels. "New Villager Condominiums Association does not allow Trailers, RV's, Boats, Camper or Commercial Vehicles on the property. Arrangements can be made to park this type of vehicles on Sun Valley Property by the Lodge. Please call to make arrangements in advance.

POLICIES
Villager Unit 1288 (Creekside Center) Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 3-10 depending on time of year.
Check In/Out Time: 4:00 pm/10:00 am
Check in Location: Will be sent in confirmation
Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
