Located right in the middle of downtown McCall, this lake-view condo is just a half block from the lake and easy walking distance to shops and dining!
This condo has a great open floor plan with natural stone features, a propane fireplace and central heat to keep you toasty warm on those chilly dates. During the summer months, guests will really enjoy the comfort of air conditioning!
The kitchen and dining area flow together for easy entertaining. Granite counter-tops and upscale stainless appliances including a five-burner gas range and double ovens are a cook's dream. Step through the French doors onto your private balcony with a view of Payette Lake.
There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms accommodating 7 guests comfortably. The master bedroom features a King bed with an attached bath, his/hers sinks, a large shower and a jetted, soaking tub. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and the third bedroom has an adult-size Twin bed over a full-size bunk set plus a twin trundle. There is hallway access to the guest bathroom.
This amazing condo also features a washer/dryer, Traeger gas grill, A/C, WiFi, three TVs w/satellite, DVD players, and public parking garage nearby.
Please Note: This condo is located on the third floor. There is no elevator access in this building. The interior stairwell is well built, well lit and secure. There is an adjacent (no fee) two-level parking garage. The upper level is open and the lower level is covered. There is also street-level public parking.

POLICIES
TimberCrest Downtown Lakeview Condo Lakeview Condo North Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 2+ depending on season/4 nt. min sumer
Check In/Out Time: 4:00 pm/10:00 am
Check in Location: Details provided prior to arrival
Cancellation Policy: DOES NOT ACCEPT Amex or Discover. Must be at least 25 years old and be an occupant the whole stay. A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the stay (60 days if reserving a non-refundable property). If you cancel the reservation 60 days or more prior to the arrival date, a 5% penalty + $100 bookkeeping fee will apply. If you cancel on shorter notice than 60 days you will lose the entire reservation amount. NON-REFUNDABLE PROPERTIES include but are not limited to, Broken Ridge Ranch, Seasons at McCall, and all McCall lakefront properties: A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival day, which will be fully non-refundable at this time. No refund for late arrivals or early departures. (May vary with packages)
