This is 1,650 sq ft, three bedroom townhome is located by River Run (great location for winter skiing!). The unit is three stories with a single car garage on the bottom/entry level plus laundry room, one of the bedrooms and an attached bathroom; the main living area, kitchen and dining rooms are on the second floor and then the two other bedrooms are located on the top floor.
The master suite on the third level has a Queen bed, large TV and a romantic river rock gas fireplace with attached master bath and double sinks. This wing of the townhome also features heated slate floors! Down the hall is the third bedroom with two Twin beds which could be bridged into a King upon request. This bedroom also has a private attached bathroom. The ground floor bedroom features two Twin beds plus an attached bathroom.
This is the perfect rental for summer or winter - close to the mountains, near the bike path and the River Run ski lifts plus a short walk to downtown Ketchum! Other great features include Air Conditioning, Wi-Fi, gas BBQ and a private over-sized hot tub which can be accessed from the ground level.

POLICIES
Townhomes at River Run (Wood River) Unit E (Townhomes at River Run) Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 4-10
Check In/Out Time: 4:00-5:00pm/10:00am
Check in Location: 200 West River Street in Ketchum
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the rent plus tax is due at the time of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and is fully non-refundable at this time. If canceled outside of 31+ days you would lose the 10% deposit plus a $150 cancel fee. There will be no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. All no-shows are non-refundable. (May vary with packages)
