About "Unit 11"
Pinewinds Condos are in a great location close to the McCall Golf Course as well as Ponderosa State Park, walking distance to Payette Lake and the beach!
This unit features 2 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms. It is an upstairs unit with private balcony. Once inside, the unit is a single level. The master bedroom has a Queen bed with flat screen TV while the second bedroom has a Queen bed plus a set of Twin bunk beds. Both bathrooms feature tub/shower combos.
The kitchen, living and dining areas are open to one another with access to the balcony from the living room. There is a nice flat screen TV w/Cable mounted above the wood-burning fireplace. The balcony also has a gas BBQ for summer cook-outs. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave and everything else you'll need for your stay. The condo also features washer/dryer, is walking distance to the beach, park and golf course and has WIFI.
About Pinewinds
These condominiums have a outdoor season pool and tennis courts. Located on Davis Street across the street from the McCall Golf Course, they are walking distance to Davis Beach, Payette Lake and downtown McCall.
Pinewinds condominiums are close to Aspen Village, The Aspens and Candlewood condos if you have a large group visiting McCall.
No booking fees like most companies. Just a professional, helpful and friendly staff who will find the best rates for you at Pinewinds.

especially susceptible to closure for maintenance. While we
understand that our customers often choose a property based on
amenities, we can not offer any discounts or refunds based on an
amenity not being available during your stay.
POLICIES
Pinewinds Unit 11 Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 2-4 Depending on Season
Check In/Out Time: 4:00 pm/10:00 am
Check in Location: Will be sent in confirmation
Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
