Located in the heart of Elkhorn Village, this comfortable 1,500 sq. ft. condo provides a delightful home base for visiting guests. The main level has an open shared living space with a fully stocked kitchen, dining area for eight, and plush seating surrounding a wood-burning fireplace and a large-screen TV.
Upstairs is an open loft with two twin beds.
The lower level has a primary suite with a king bed and private bath. The second room has two twin beds and a full bath, and the laundry area is near the bedrooms for convenient use.
Enjoy walking access to the Elkhorn Golf Course and community amenities, including a shared hot tub and seasonal swimming pool.
Parking Notes: 1 vehicle
Drive to Dollar Mountain in less than 3 minutes, and downtown Ketchum and the lifts at River Run are less than 10 minutes away.
About Sunburst
The Sunburst Complex is conveniently located not far from the Elkhorn Village and bike path and is on the Elkhorn Golf Course. The complex also has a pool of its own, along with a jacuzzi and sauna. KART buses provide free shuttle service to Ketchum, Sun Valley and Warm Springs.
No booking fees like most companies. Just a professional, helpful and friendly staff who will find the best rates for you at Sunburst.

understand that our customers often choose a property based on
amenities, we can not offer any discounts or refunds based on an
amenity not being available during your stay.
POLICIES
Sunburst Unit 2754 Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 3-7 Depends on season.
Check In/Out Time: 5:00 pm/10:00 am
Check in Location: Directions to accommodations provided prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy: 25% deposit is due at time of booking. The final balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival day. If a booking is made on or less than 60 days before your arrival day, full payment will be due upon booking. If you cancel 60 days or more prior to your arrival day, a full refund will be issued less a $200 cancellation fee. No refunds once you are 59 days or less prior to your arrival day. (May vary with packages)
