About "Unit 06"
This is a two level condo has been recently updated. Featuring 2 bedrooms plus a den and 2 bathroom townhouse located at the Sun Valley Ketchum City border. You walk to everything in Downtown Ketchum and you are just minutes from the Sun Valley Lodge. It is on the bus line to the ski mountain with pickups every 15 minutes during peak season. This unit is light and bright with 1100 square feet on two levels. The ground floor consists of the two bedrooms and one bath. One bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds. The living area is on the second floor with a deck with a Baldy view. There is a den area with the second bath and an outside deck. This unit has been remodeled in the last five years. It has a beautiful open kitchen and living room. The living room has a flat screen TV, dining area and a kitchen bar. The den area on the second floor has a couch that can be converted into a large twin size bed appropriate for a small child or a single adult.

The Val d'Sol complex has a seasonal outdoor pool and is located walking distance to downtown Ketchum & Sun Valley Resort.
No booking fees like most companies. Just a professional, helpful and friendly staff who will find the best rates for you at Val D Sol.

understand that our customers often choose a property based on
amenities, we can not offer any discounts or refunds based on an
amenity not being available during your stay.
POLICIES
Val D Sol Unit 06 Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 3-7 nights
Check In/Out Time: 4:00 pm/10:00 am
Check in Location: Will be sent in confirmation
Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
