This 2 story, 3 bedroom/2 bathroom townhouse is located at the Sun Valley/ Ketchum City border. You can walk to everything in downtown Ketchum and you are just minutes from the Sun Valley Lodge. It is on the bus line to the ski mountain with pick-ups every 15 minutes during peak season. The unit has 1000 square feet with the ground floor consisting of the two bedrooms and one bath. One bedroom has a double bed and twin bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds.
The living area is on the second floor with a deck overlooking the swimming pool. The unit has an open living room, dining area, newly remodeled kitchen in 2014 and a bedroom with bathroom. This unit also features Air Conditioning, WiFi, and new flat screen TV.

The Val d'Sol complex has a seasonal outdoor pool and is located walking distance to downtown Ketchum & Sun Valley Resort.
No booking fees like most companies. Just a professional, helpful and friendly staff who will find the best rates for you at Val D Sol.

especially susceptible to closure for maintenance. While we
understand that our customers often choose a property based on
amenities, we can not offer any discounts or refunds based on an
amenity not being available during your stay.
POLICIES
Val D Sol Unit 23 Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 3-7 nights
Check In/Out Time: 4:00 pm/10:00 am
Check in Location: Will be sent in confirmation
Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
