Inside, the living room enjoys floor-to-ceiling windows, comfortable furniture, vaulted ceilings, and a private library, all crowned by a stacked-stone gas fireplace that climbs all the way to the ceiling.
After a day of skiing or hiking, come home to take advantage of the to prepare a delicious dinner for the family. You'll find everything from small and major appliances to ample counter space to prepare a delightful meal. The dining table can serve up to 10 guests and afterward, you can let the dishwasher knock out all those dirty plates while you adjourn to the furnished private patio to catch up with old friends over a few glasses of wine. The private gas grill is a great way to enjoy a get-together on those hot summer evenings.
When it's time to call it a night, you'll have four well-appointed bedrooms to take advantage of, three with en-suite baths. Have a little work to do while you're here? You'll find an office area on the second-level loft.
Step outside and you'll be on the banks of the creek, right off the patio! Come winter, you can just cross the bridge, strap on your skis, and head out for a day of adventure. Afterward, let the private washer/dryer knock out everyone's laundry while you kick back to watch your favorite Netflix movies (with your own account) and shows on the TV.
Parking Notes: The property provides 1 vehicle parking spot available in the driveway and an additional parking space in the single car garage. There will be a parking pass provided in the property for 1 vehicle not parked in the garage or driveway.

POLICIES
Pinnacle Townhomes Unit 5 (Warm Springs Ski Holiday) Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 2+ Depending on the Season
Check In/Out Time: 4:00 pm/10:00 am
Check in Location: Will be sent in confirmation
Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
