About "Unit 1107"
This corner, ground-floor unit has two bedrooms, and two baths and is located in the Sun Valley Village that offers approx. 1,000 sq. ft. of living space. This condo will allow up to 5 guests. The living area has a 36-inch flat-screen TV, a single-size sofa bed, and complex views. The kitchen is fully furnished and the dining table seats four.
The master bedroom has a queen bed, a 65-inch flat-screen TV, and complex views. This room has access to the hallway bathroom that has a tub/shower combo and a single vanity. The second bedroom also has a queen bed, a desk, a 32-inch TV, and complex views. This room has access to a hallway bath with a shower only and a single vanity. There is a stack washer/dryer in this bathroom as well.
There is a small, shared deck at the front entrance to the condo with seasonal, outdoor furniture and a small gas grill.
Things to Note: Atelier condos are within walking distance of the Sun Valley Village as well as the Sun Valley Pavilion. There is a free shuttle that picks you up about 2 blocks away that will transport you to Bald and Dollar Mountains and downtown Ketchum.
Access to the Sun Valley Inn pool (year-round) and during peak summer season only, the amenities pass also includes access to the Olympic and kids' pools.
About Atelier
The Atelier condominiums are located on Old Dollar Road just across from the Sun Valley Lake. Sun Valley Resort's pool, tennis courts and hot tub are a walk or drive of a few hundred yards.
No booking fees like most companies. Just a professional, helpful and friendly staff who will find the best rates for you at Atelier.

POLICIES
Atelier Unit 1107 Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 3-7 nights depending on the season
Check In/Out Time: 4:00-5:00pm/10:00am
Check in Location: 200 West River Street in Ketchum
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the rent plus tax is due at the time of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and is fully non-refundable at this time. If canceled outside of 31+ days you would lose the 10% deposit plus a $150 cancel fee. There will be no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. All no-shows are non-refundable. (May vary with packages)
