This three-bedroom, end-unit townhome offers views from the living area and primary bedroom and is just a half-mile walk or drive from River Run Lodge. Located next to the bike path, you will have no trouble heading out each day to check out the local shops, tasty restaurants, and fun nightlife year-round.
There are three levels to this townhome, with a bedroom and full bath on every level. Enter through the front door to a large entryway with plenty of space for gearing up. Head upstairs to the main level with a well-equipped, island kitchen, a dining table for six, an inviting living space with a gas fireplace, and a balcony with a gas grill. The skiers of the group will be in paradise come winter, as the slopes are mere minutes' walk from your door, or catch the free Mountain Rides bus out front.
Things to Know: There is a ski rack storage in the heated garage.
Parking Notes: Heated, single-car garage that is 20' long with an opening that is 7' tall by 8'10" wide. The garage fits a full-size SUV (for example BMW X5) but likely not an extra-large SUV (Suburban). Per HOA rules, vehicles must fit into the garage with the door closed. There is no other guest parking for overnight use. There are surface lots available in town for overnight parking.
About Deer Run Townhomes
These townhomes have luxurious finishes and furnishings, with high ceilings and rich textures. Warm hardwoods and beautiful custom hardware. This complex is located just under a mile from downtown Ketchum and is 1 mile from River Run Ski Lift Access. There are heated pavers in the parking area for the winter. The area offers a free shuttle that picks up about 3-4 blocks away from the condo which will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum, Sun Valley Resort, and Elkhorn Resort.

POLICIES
Deer Run Townhomes Unit A (Ketchum Charm) Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 2+ Depending on the Season
Check In/Out Time: 4:00 pm/10:00 am
Check in Location: Will be sent in confirmation
Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
