This condo is nicely laid out, and you'll want to warm your toes on the beautiful gas brick fireplace in the living room. In the evenings, borrow a book from the shelf and curl up on the couch for some quiet, relaxing reading time. If it's a chilly night, a roaring fire will definitely add to the cozy ambiance! A large flat screen TV with cable and Blu-ray is also located in the living room for even more entertainment options.
A nearby dining room table has six seats and is perfect for meals or card games. The galley kitchen has all the appliances needed for creating meals for hungry skiers or hikers after a long adventure-filled day. Whip up some banana pancakes on a chilly morning or vegetable-packed gazpacho on a clear summer evening. Board games are available for guests, so after cleaning up, finish the wine and gather back around the dining room table for some fun.
Upstairs you'll find a master bedroom with a comfy queen bed, tall, slanted ceilings, TV, and an attached bathroom. Large windows let in lots of light in the mornings while lounging around in bed. The second bedroom also has a queen bed, as well as beautiful oversized picture windows. The second full bathroom is located just down the hall. This condo will comfortably sleep four guests.
The condo grounds are meticulously landscaped, with lush green grass in the summer and snow-covered trees in the winter. Three outdoor hot tubs are available, as well as a large outdoor pool, which is heated on chillier days. The athletically-inclined can practice their games on two tennis courts or two pickle ball courts, and kids will love playing on the jungle gym. A beautiful shared outdoor area has a large fireplace and charcoal grill for guest use, so be sure to pick up some steaks and beer while you're out and about. Cancellation: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations.
Minimum Stay: 3-7 Depending on time of year and occupancy.
