This second-floor condo is where convenience meets an incredible ski-in location in Ketchum! You will be right outside the slopes of Sun Valley. This condo grants guests access to incredible amenities, including a community heated outdoor pool and a hot tub.
The first floor of this budget-friendly retreat has an open floor plan. There is a well-appointed kitchenette, consisting of a mini-fridge, stove, oven, and dishwasher. The living area has a comfortable sofa, a flatscreen TV with cable, a private balcony overlooking the neighborhood and boasting terrific ski views, and a full bathroom with a stand-alone shower. Just outside this bathroom is an alcove twin-over-twin bunk bed.
The upper level, which is a loft (no door to the loft area) has two bedroom areas, each with a single queen bed. You do have to go through one bedroom area to get to the other.
About Edelweiss
Views, Views, Views of Bald Mountain. Plus this complex is located ACROSS the Street from the Warm Springs Lifts and Lodge. The condominium features fabulous views, year-round pool and hot tub, laundry facility and underground parking. Other guest amenities include nearby restaurants and ski shops.

"Location, location, location !! Clean and room for 2 adults and 2 kids....not any more than that. The "tri-bunks" are really too close togther (no head room) to use except by really young kids. Adults must be able to navigate a steep ladder up to the loft. Not for older folks! Great pool and hot tub. You can simply ski down and walk to the condo for lunch...avoid paying $10 for cold pasta at the ski lodge !"

"Edelweiss had a great location with a beautiful view of the ski slopes.
Our only complaint was that the room got rather hot during the day. Fortunately, the swimming pool saved us and our kids!"

POLICIES
Edelweiss Unit 222A (Unwind on Picabo St) Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 3-7 Depending on Season
Check In/Out Time: 4:00 pm/10:00 am
Check in Location: Will be sent in confirmation
Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
