About "Unit 1325"
Sitting in a great location in the heart of Sun Valley, this inviting and spacious 1,300 sq. ft. condo offers a delightful home base for both summer and winter guests and is perfect for a larger group traveling together. The living, dining, and kitchen areas are open, bright, and sunny, with a dining area for eight and a Smart TV with a surround sound system.
The primary bedroom is on the main floor and has a king bed with an en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet. Upstairs, you will find three separate bedrooms each with a king bed and each with its own en-suite bathroom as well.
Added amenities for this unit include a washer/dryer, high-speed Internet, a large deck with seasonal furnishings, and a gas grill for summer entertaining.
Things to Note: This unit does not have Sun Valley Amenities.
Parking Notes: Parking for 1 car; no assigned parking space. No garage with this unit. All parking is first-come, first-serve.
About Villager
Located in the southeast corner of Sun Valley Village, and just a block from the Lodge & Dollar Mountain. The Villager Condominiums are near the Sun Valley Lake and offer one, two, three and four-bedroom units. All have fireplaces and a small deck. All units are two levels. "New Villager Condominiums Association does not allow Trailers, RV's, Boats, Camper or Commercial Vehicles on the property. Arrangements can be made to park this type of vehicles on Sun Valley Property by the Lodge. Please call to make arrangements in advance.
No booking fees like most companies. Just a professional, helpful and friendly staff who will find the best rates for you at Villager.

"pet friendly" may be subject to an additional charge if you decide
to bring your pet. All pet requests must be made in advance to your
arrival date. Pricing: We try to maintain pricing

are not confirmed until you have made a reservation. We will always
strive to get you the lowest possible price.

amenity including hot tub use and internet access and does not
provide a credit or refund for missing or amenities that are not

especially susceptible to closure for maintenance. While we
understand that our customers often choose a property based on
amenities, we can not offer any discounts or refunds based on an
amenity not being available during your stay.
POLICIES
Villager Unit 1325 Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 3-10 depending on time of year.
Check In/Out Time: 5:00 pm/10:00 am
Check in Location: Directions to accommodations provided prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy: 25% deposit is due at time of booking. The final balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival day. If a booking is made on or less than 60 days before your arrival day, full payment will be due upon booking. If you cancel 60 days or more prior to your arrival day, a full refund will be issued less a $200 cancellation fee. No refunds once you are 59 days or less prior to your arrival day. (May vary with packages)
