This tri-level, beautiful town home is located in West Ketchum and convenient to the River Run ski lifts. It features the most sought after combination of furnishings, location and amenities. Southern windows and decks have tons of sun throughout the day for a real Sun Valley experience. On the first level as you enter the town home there are two bedrooms, a Master Suite complete with an extra large shower, tub and a private deck. There is a 19 inch flat screen TV with built in DVD player for your enjoyment. The guest bedroom also has an en suite bath with a shower/tub and a 19 inch flat screen TV with built in DVD player. For your convenience there is a full-size washer and dryer on the first floor. The second level features hardwood floors, a sunken living room with ample seating to relax in. Enjoy the two sided gas fireplace, a 40 inch flat screen TV and a large deck facing south with tons of sun. The gourmet kitchen is bright and provides a cooking island and the dining area seats 6. Also in the kitchen/dining are there is a small desk area should you need a workstation with cable internet. A powder room is next to the kitchen and the additional Master Suite is on this level with a spacious en suite bath with a whirlpool tub with a double sided fireplace for a romantic bath. This bedroom also has a 22 inch flat screen TV and built in DVD player. On the third level is the spacious loft area with Twin bunk beds, TV and a sofa sleeper. There is also a full bath with shower on this level. This unit also offers Central Air Conditioning. 2800 square feet.
A free shuttle picks up a half block away.

"A spacious apartment with generous inclusions and luxury facilities including a heated garage and a gas-fire place in the main bedroom. Multiple bathrooms and a full laundry were appreciated by our large family group. Effective Wifi available and plenty of room to relax and socialise including in the heated pool and jacuzzi. Lovely outlook from the balcony.
Conveniently located near the River Run lodge , as well as being close to bus stops where the free shuttle bus can be taken to Ketcham shopping precinct and the ski runs at Dollar Mountain and Warm Springs. "

POLICIES
Harriman Townhomes Unit 5 Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 5 to 7
Check In/Out Time: 4:00-5:00pm/10:00am
Check in Location: 200 West River Street in Ketchum
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the rent plus tax is due at the time of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and is fully non-refundable at this time. If canceled outside of 31+ days you would lose the 10% deposit plus a $150 cancel fee. There will be no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. All no-shows are non-refundable. (May vary with packages)
