This 2.5-bedroom, 2-bath condo sleeps 6 and offers clean accommodations with basic furnishings and some updated features in its 1,200 sq. ft. This two-level property has bedrooms downstairs with the living area upstairs and a loft above. The master bedroom has a king bed, 31-inch TV, walk-in closet, access to a small patio, and an en-suite full bath. The second bedroom has twin beds that can be bridged to a king upon request and access to a bathroom with a shower off the hallway. There is a stacked washer/dryer in this bathroom closet. The loft has two twin beds, and a ceiling fan, and is open to the living room and kitchen below.
The living room has a 48-inch HDTV, WiFi, and a wood-burning fireplace. It opens to a deck with a gas barbecue grill. The dining room table seats 8 and the alcove off the full kitchen seats 2 at the breakfast bar.
Parking Notes: 1 car only.
Access to the Sun Valley Inn pool (year-round) and during peak summer season only, the amenities pass also includes access to the Olympic and kids' pools.
About Snowcreek
The Snowcreek Condominiums are located next to Dollar Mountain making it a perfect location for parties with beginning skiers. The complex is about 2 miles from the Bald Mountain lifts, but reachable by KART which stops at Dollar Cabin and serves all areas of the resort.
No booking fees like most companies. Just a professional, helpful and friendly staff who will find the best rates for you at Snowcreek.

POLICIES
Snowcreek Unit 1516 Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 3-7 Depending on Season
Check In/Out Time: 4:00-5:00pm/10:00am
Check in Location: 200 West River Street in Ketchum
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the rent plus tax is due at the time of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and is fully non-refundable at this time. If canceled outside of 31+ days you would lose the 10% deposit plus a $150 cancel fee. There will be no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. All no-shows are non-refundable. (May vary with packages)
