Vaulted ceiling, a wood-burning fireplace and a breakfast bar are just a few of the special features of this modern condominium. The new decor includes a flat screen TV, bamboo hardwood floors, concrete countertops, stainless appliances and custom closets. Master bath with tile shower, his/her sinks and a walk-in closet with stacked washer and dryer also adds to the convenience of this condo. Master Bedroom and loft bedroom provide twin beds that can be bridged as a king at the client's request. Community hot tub on site. This unit has been rated a "Gold" by the property management company.

"Three of us stayed in unit 25 at Crestview. As it was late March and the off season, it was a terrific bargain. The condo was well appointed, spacious, clean, and in a great location (a block and a half from the River Run ski lift). I recommend it highly. "

especially susceptible to closure for maintenance. While we
understand that our customers often choose a property based on
amenities, we can not offer any discounts or refunds based on an
amenity not being available during your stay.
POLICIES
Crestview Unit 25 Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 3-7
Check In/Out Time: 4:00-5:00pm/10:00am
Check in Location: 200 West River Street in Ketchum
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the rent plus tax is due at the time of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and is fully non-refundable at this time. If canceled outside of 31+ days you would lose the 10% deposit plus a $150 cancel fee. There will be no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. All no-shows are non-refundable. (May vary with packages)
