About "Unit 141"
This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo can accommodate up to 4 people. The living area has a gas fireplace and 36-inch flat-screen TV. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area that will seat six and a bar area that seats two. There is access to a deck with gas grill off the dining area.
The master bedroom has a king bed, 26-inch flat-screen TV and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted to a king bed if need be. There is a second bathroom located off the hallway. There is also a washer/dryer in the unit for your convenience.
With this unit, you have access to a pool and hot tub. You are also within walking distance to Ketchum. The area offers a free shuttle that picks up about 50 yards from the condo and will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum, Sun Valley Resort, and Elkhorn. The year-round bike bath is next to the development and is a great amenity in the winter to ski to the lifts, as well as in the summer for bike riding and sight-seeing.

About Horizon 4
The Horizons Four Condominiums offer a great location combining easy access to the lifts, bike path and downtown restaurants and theaters. The condominiums are located at the edge of undeveloped lots adjacent to the River Run parking area, with the lifts being about 3 city blocks away, but reachable by skiing a trail down to the bike path. Downtown Ketchum is an easy five-block walk. The KART bus stops in front of the Horizons Four complex and provides service to all areas of the resort.
No booking fees like most companies. Just a professional, helpful and friendly staff who will find the best rates for you at Horizon 4.

POLICIES
Horizon 4 Unit 141 Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 3-7 Depending on time of year and occupancy.
Check In/Out Time: 4:00-5:00pm/10:00am
Check in Location: 200 West River Street in Ketchum
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the rent plus tax is due at the time of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and is fully non-refundable at this time. If canceled outside of 31+ days you would lose the 10% deposit plus a $150 cancel fee. There will be no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. All no-shows are non-refundable. (May vary with packages)
