About "Unit 4 (Amelia's Vacation Retreat House)"
Amelia's Vacation Retreat is a two-story, spacious townhome with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with the master bathroom containing a large soaking tub. The third bedroom's bathroom, on the main floor, does have a second connecting door for guests to use as well.
The master bedroom includes a king bed along with a private balcony and walk-in closet, located upstairs. The second bedroom, also on the upper level, has a queen bed.
The dining room, living area, and kitchen all provide a nice golf course and wooded views.
There will be no lack of entertainment here either, as the free WiFi, flatscreen TV, and separate home theater projector will fill your time. Plus, board games await for a game night that the whole family can enjoy together.
Parking Notes: 2 vehicles maximum; garage parking available. Can also park in any free spot along the edge of the parking lot, closest to Lick Creek Rd. Please do not park in front of the garage.
About Shiner Creek
The Shiner Creek Complex is located on the McCall Golf Course. These Townhomes are on Lick Creek Road with golf course views and easy access to Ponderosa State Park and Davis Beach.

"Shiner Creek unit # 4 was excellent. We have rented many places in McCall and this was by far the nicest furnished and appointed. Very comfortable. Great location on the golf course and the access to the public beach and Ponderosa park. "

"This was perhaps the best place I've every stayed at in McCall and I've been going to the Winter Carnival and staying at different locations for the past 11 years. The condo was above all expectations and I loved that you could snow shoe out the back door right onto the golf course. We'll be back in the summer to golf as well. "

POLICIES
Shiner Creek Unit 4 (Amelia's Vacation Retreat House) Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 2-4
Check In/Out Time: 4:00 pm/10:00 am
Check in Location: Will be sent in confirmation
Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
