If you like modern decor and amenities then you will love this Ketchum vacation rental. With flatscreen TVs in both bedrooms, access to ski lifts, and a boot dryer for ski boots, you may want to move in permanently. This two-bedroom condo sleeps up to four comfortably!
Situated just one block from the Warm Springs Lodge and Mt. Baldy, this home is a skier's haven. Grab your skis and walk to the lift, you'll be there in no time. Or take a short drive down to Ketchum (about two-and-a-half miles) and enjoy a meal. If you prefer not to drive, you can use Ketchum's free bus service to get around. Make sure to head up the mountain on Ketchum's new art car gondola, the first of its kind in the United States.
This home has it all: accessibility and modern conveniences. A built-in carved wood bar with marble counter and bar accessories as well as tumbled travertine, make for a luxurious abode.
The spacious living area has a tan leather couch, matching armchair, and kilim rugs. A wood-burning fireplace takes center-stage with a beautiful 55" HD flat screen TV above. Sliding glass doors lead to a small patio with two red deck chairs. You can sit outside and enjoy a glass of wine while watching people ski down the slopes.
Heading to the open and inviting kitchen, one spies an intricate built-in carved wood bar with marble counter that displays beautiful glassware and bar accessories. In the kitchen, guests can dine at the four-person dining room set with red leather dining chairs or at the Himalayan marble breakfast bar. Grab a snack from the stainless steel fridge or whip up a gourmet meal in the well-equipped kitchen.
Head down the hall to the two bedrooms. The master boasts a four-poster metal bed with cream coverlet, wall-mounted flat screen TV, and a gorgeous Asian-inspired armoire. The ambiance is clean yet elegant. Across the hall, a sliding glass shoji screen leads into a bathroom featuring bamboo floors, a wooden vanity and a bathtub. The second bedroom boasts two twin beds and a wall-mounted flat screen TV. The second bathroom is just across the hall.
The condo also boasts free WIFI, a ski locker, a boot dryer for two pairs of ski boots, and some games and books. Outside, guests can enjoy the sauna. There's also a shared pool available year-round. Parking passes for up to two vehicles can be issued for the duration of your stay.
About Greyhawk
Greyhawk offers two and three bedroom units just a stones' throw from the lifts. All have fireplaces and mountain views. Amenities include outdoor pool that is heated to hot tub temps in Winter, sauna and on-site laundry facilities.

POLICIES
Greyhawk Unit 05A (The Artisan) Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 3-7 Depending on time of year and occupancy.
Check In/Out Time: 4:00 pm/10:00 am
Check in Location: Will be sent in confirmation
Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
